Clinical evidence for psychedelic medicine.

Ongoing collaborations with Norwegian hospitals and universities to study the safety, effectiveness, and clinical integration of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.

Axonklinikken collaborates with Sykehuset Østfold, St. Olavs Hospital, and the University of Oslo on research into ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and chronic pain. The clinic has contributed clinical data and protocols that informed Norway's 2025 decision to include ketamine treatment in public reimbursement.

Current focus

Treatment protocols, clinical outcomes, safety monitoring, and the practical integration of psychedelic medicine into standard psychiatric care.
